Developed at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2019 by four Biomedical Engineers, the rapid C. difficile screening device received high praise from healthcare and engineering professionals.
Awarded the patent in 2023, Qualitic is continuing this work to bring the screening device to market.
Now a fully-fledged startup, Qualitic is excited to partner with hospitals and healthcare providers to begin clinical trials for the device.
Our work has been sponsored by the NIH thus far, and we plan to apply for additional grants to fund our research.
In 5 years, we expect to have submitted the project for FDA approval.
